01 / Product Cases
Automated B2B Collaborative System

Automated B2B Collaborative System

2023–2025 — Critical Techworks (BMW Group)

Reduced a 5 hours manual workflow to 30 minutes (~90% time reduction).

Led discovery, user research, and prototyping to replace a slow, manual email process with a real-time collaborative system. Streamlined cross-team workflows, eliminated version conflicts enabling faster decision-making and higher team efficiency.

Replaced Manual Reports to KPI Decision Dashboard

Replaced Manual Reports by KPI Decision Dashboard

2024–2025 — Critical Techworks (BMW Group)

Designed and delivered a KPI dashboard that centralized fragmented data sources into a single, structured view to support faster decision-making and cross-department collaboration. The dashboard became a single source of truth, accelerating alignment and supporting faster, more informed strategic decisions.

Enabled a Transparent Notification Center

Enabled a Transparent Notification Center

2025–2026 — Critical Techworks (BMW Group)

Designed a transparent notification center that prioritised messages by criticality, making key data instantly visible to users. Applied system thinking and prototyping to ensure users could quickly identify and act on important information, driving a significant retention increase.

02 / My Process

Aligning user behavior, business goals, and technical constraints.

I focus on identifying the real problem before jumping into solutions, and I prioritize clarity over complexity. My goal is not just to ship features but to create measurable impact.

Decision-Making Principles
1
Start with the problem, not the interface

Gather user and stakeholder insights. Validate and challenge assumptions. Identify business opportunities.

2
Design for behavior, not just aesthetics

Think in flows. Reduce friction. Harmonise behaviours and reduce effort cost and learnability.

3
Think in Systems

Consider edge cases, constraints and feasibility with engineering. Think and rethink scalable systems.

4
Balance Speed and Craft

Deciding when to go scrappy vs polished, based on complexity, priority, and risk.

What I Learned
Perfect UX doesn't matter if it doesn't ship.
Speed beats perfection in early-stage products.
Data should inform, not dictate.
My Take on AI Assisted Tools

AI-assisted tools like Figma AI and ChatGPT are rapidly reducing the cost of execution. When interface production becomes faster and more automated, the real leverage shifts to problem framing, systems thinking, and judgment.

I focus less on producing screens and more on defining the right problem, identifying constraints early, and designing solutions that remain coherent as products scale. In an AI-accelerated workflow, clarity of thinking becomes the true design advantage.
